The Parish Council purchased the Old School to be used as a village hall, to be held on the trusts set out in the conveyance. The conveyance included a Schedule which has since functioned as the charity\u2019s governing document. The contract of sale and conveyance name the Parish Council as purchaser and legal title holder.
